Campaign Period
1. The AVATRADE Thailand "Get your Apple Campaign" (the Campaign) is organized by LYNX SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (the Organizer) on behalf of AVATRADE Thailand and will run from 15st August 2019 to 15st November 2019.  The Organizer reserves the right upon giving prior notice of seven (7) calendar days to change the commencement and/or to determine the expiry date of the Campaign Period.

Eligibility
2. This Campaign is open exclusively to all Eligible Customer(s) aged 18 and above who meets the trading requirement with real account via AVATRADE Thailand platform during the campaign period:
3 months   
100 ลอต > Apple iPad Mini
300 ลอต > Apple iPhone XS
500 ลอต > Apple MacBook Pro

The following persons/entities shall NOT be eligible to participate in the Campaign:
(i) Permanent, contract and/or temporary staff or employees of LYNX SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and/or
(ii) Individual below the age of 18 years.
General Terms and Conditions
3. NO deposit requirement. Lot size fulfilment must be completed within campaign period.

4. The Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the offer in the event of a reversal of transactions or cancellation or termination of the transaction and/or account during the Campaign Period and/or failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions herein. All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to this campaign shall be final and NO appeal will be entertained.

5. By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions from the Organizer.

6. The Organizer shall be entitled to publish and/or display materials and/or information, including but not limited to the names, photographs and city of residence of the Eligible Customer(s) under this Campaign for marketing, advertising and publicity purposes in any manner it deems appropriate. By taking part in this Campaign, the eligible Customer(s) hereby expressly authorizes the Organizer to publish and/or display the Eligible Customer's name, photographs and city of residence for advertising and publicity purposes. 

7. The Organizer shall be entitled to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof and/or substitute or replace the offer under this Campaign and/or to extend, modify, shorten, discontinue, cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign at any time by providing prior notice of seven (7) business day to the Eligible Customers and the notice shall be posted through www.avatradethai.com  website, https://www.facebook.com/AvaTradethai/ Facebook page or through any other channel or channels that the Organizer may deem as appropriate.

8. When requirement met, each customer is guaranteed one Reward prize entitlement. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable to cash or any other items.

9. In the event the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond control, the Organizer reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

10. All prizes will be dispatched to your chosen delivery address within 30 days of claiming your prize. Free delivery within Thailand ONLY.
