Changes in execution of LIMIT orders in MT5 Platform

Dear valued clients,

We would like to inform you that from 12th October 2020, execution of  LIMIT orders such as pending orders BUY/SELL Limit and Take Profits will be changed from Limit to Market. It will allow to reduce amount of rejects and to execute the orders despite of the price changes.

Limit execution means that order may be executed only if the best available price is better or equal the limit price, otherwise the order is rejected. Rejections could be the case when the market price quickly bounces back from the limit price.

Market execution – the order will be executed with  the best available price on the market. The executed price could be as better as worse or equal to the requested price.

In December 2020, thanks to "Brexit" story, GBPUSD pair was most traded currency pair with 28.86% of the total turnover. The second place was taken by the most popular and liquid currency pair – EURUSD with 18.24% share. And third place in December's rating belongs to always shinning XAUUSD (Gold) with 18.23% share.

The most popular trading instruments in January 2021.

In the first month of 2021 year, the most liquid currency pair EURUSD returned back a status of the most popular trading instrument (26.72%) among Amega clients. The interest to Euro Dollar pair was increased thanks to the inauguration of the new US President Biden, and continued quantitative easing of Central Banks of the US and  Europe.

The second place was taken by GBPUSD pair (22.81%) – the first month of the UK outside of EU was in trader's focus.
